Share Account – where can I invest?

With a Share Account you can invest in UK markets such as the London Stock Exchange (LSE), the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), PLUS Markets and Funds. There's also a wide range of European and North American Securities available to our customers.

London Stock Exchange (LSE)

You can invest in all securities listed on the LSE main market, including UK and international equities, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), bonds and Gilts.

Alternative Investment Market (AIM)

The equities market for smaller, growing companies, AIM is the most successful growth market in the world. Since its launch in 1995, over 2,900 companies have chosen to join AIM.

PLUS Markets

PLUS Markets plc ('PLUS'), a Recognised Investment Exchange in the UK, is a small & mid-cap stock exchange for London. 7,500 UK and European securities are traded through PLUS Markets.

Sharemark

A trading division of The Share Centre, Sharemark is a simple, cost-effective and flexible stock market for infrequently traded shares or loan stock.

Funds Supermarket

You can invest in over 1,800 funds through the funds supermarket, Cofunds.

European and North American Securities

Share Account customers can invest in a wide range of European and North American Securities using sterling, provided they are settled using CREST.
